If I could I could give a zero I would. Totally incompetent and slow. Don’t even bother going. Worst experience for a coffee shop ever.

Worst Shakshuka ever ... if you do not know how to do something do not ever do it ... this middle eastern dish that is eaten with bread ... waste of time and money ... Also, I waited over 20 minutes to get my latte ... food taste bad, waiting time is insane and you could end up having food poison ... worst experience ever

Do yourself a favour and walk 200 meters to the Starbucks. While waiting 15 minutes for my to-go beverage, I saw enough to know not to ever return. Lumpy matcha being whisked with a fork, sloppily prepared espresso beverages, and the barista's work area was filthy with grounds and crusty milk. It made me queasy just watching this, more so after drinking their bitter cortado made from an espresso shot that sat around way too long.

Loved the cozy feel of this place. The food was amazingly fresh and the drinks were truly beautiful, everything you could hope for

Always a great experience at Aroma! We had breakfast before heading out to do some shopping. I had the avocado toast without the egg, delicious! And I love the the small piece of dark chocolate that comes with your coffee.

Good food court to relax and grab a bite after shopping exhaustively.

Staff was rude. It was busy and I work in the industry too but staying calm, focused and driven makes for good customer service. The staff acted like they have better things to do. Spilled my wine without any apology and gave me a glass dripping from the sides. I asked for a napkin and was told to walk over to the other station for it...the place could have a fighting chance if they fire the staff and stop hiring kids who feel they are entitled and shouldnt have to work.

So happy for some soup additions to the existing menu 💕

We had salads and smoothie for lunch. Food and service are both fine.

Great place for lunch while shopping at Niagara Outlet Collections. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options that are wide ranging and not the regular for us vegetarians. Amazing coffees and iced drinks - you can even add a shot of your favourite liquor! Great patio for an outdoor lunch while shopping!

Great location, food is fresh and good.

Food is great but the chef lady doesn’t wear her hair net.Line ups are 15 mins and no available seating. Take out portion was half the size of the in store portion.The deserts are delicious.The bread is great.The salads are creative.

Latte was amazing. I'd have to agree with some of the reviews that they are understaffed. The tables were all dirty and full of leftovers. We even sat at a dirty table and just stayed to one side.

I had Steel Oats Cereal most times I do,it's just a change but I have had there breakfast sandwiches and salad .Love it all the food,service, staff and atmosphere it's warm and very clean.Coffee is soooòo good,check it out sometime.....

Had a great lunch date with my wife while kids were at school!! Great healthy and tasty options! Loved the Aroma Special salad and the french toast was so fluffy and good!! Staff was very nice and patient as we tried to make up our minds, didn't feel rushed with so mine great options! The espresso was also great.

LOVED this place. So many healthy options. As a vegetarian it is hard to find variety when you eat out and this place blew my mind. I wish there was one closer to my home because it would be my weekly treat out . LOVED the sweet potato lentil salad. What a great combination of flavors. Cant wait to go again

The service is a little slow and at times chaotic but the food is delicious!

Aroma is good stuff. This location had some service issues with some poor staff earlier on, but many recent visits have been great. If you're passing through the Niagara region on the QEW, this may be the best place to stop for coffee.

My daughter and I love to stop in at Aroma! I like the hot chocolate (try it, but remember to stir well!) and my daughter likes London Fog. We usually sample some tasty baked goods, especially the alfajores! The staff are friendly and efficient and always willing to chat for a moment.

It was a bad experience for me in this restaurant because first I have gluten free allergy they didn’t made the right order they sent me the regular sandwich I cannot risk my life to go there again. Secondly there was a family of 5 lpeople and one small child sitting beside our table, they said to them to get separate becz it’s a sitting of four people. That’s no good and disappointing.

Good coffee and food. The location is clean and the staff are usually very freindly. Expect to pay a bit more than average for coffee, soups amd sandwiches here. The restaurant is fully licencend and even has a patio. The inside seating area is a bit small and quickly feels cramped as this is a busy location. Located inside "The Eatery" at The Outlets Collection Niagara.

Paid over 40 dollars for two burger side salad and a drink. Wanted the soup but they had none. Waited over 15 min for the food and when we got it it was missing the salad dressing, mushrooms, and avocado. Had to wait almost 10 min for the missing items. By the time we ate the burgers where cold. I don’t know how someone can serve food when it is missing half of the items that it list on the menu. In the past they have done the same thing. Not worth the wait or money.

The salad I got was good but the customer service was terrible. Needs work. People enjoy their food more I feel when there isnt any attitude being given.

This was my first time at one and I already can't wait to go back! Had a turkey BLT sandwich and a medium coffee...bread was so fresh and fluffy! So delicious.... be back soon for sure!

This neighborhood bakery serves freshly baked goods. They are in a convenient location with many other shopes and services such as the doctor's office, gymnasium and beer store at upper middle and eight line with ample parking at all times. The customers looking program is attractive.

Very busy location but staff are well trained and they offer great customer service, food comes out fast and quality is very good. Food here is soo good I love having breakfast here with a good coffee are expresso. Plus they have very good gluten free bread))

Their coffee and iced drinks are really good. Their food is always fresh and great especially if you're looking to try new and different dishes.

Even though the quality of cappuccino and other espresso drinks is definitely high, the prices are too high for that class of eatery. Also, the tables were very dirty + overall cleanness leave much to be desired, especially the kitchen, which makes me remove 2 additional stars out of 5.

I spent $28 on 2 half sandwiches and 2 drinks. I've been to Aroma on Avenue Rd which has always been great but this experience was not great. The half tuna sandwich had no mayo and was dry and had very little tuna and the Italian cheese sandwich was just cheese and pesto and again it was only a half sandwich! For $28 I thought I was getting the same quality that you get in Toronto or Mississauga. I get that the drinks are expensive and I'm okay with that, but a half sandwich for $8 each.... the worst! I had to ask the girl where the rest of our sandwiches were!! Lol ! Next time I just go to subway, where I get a whole sandwich!

I only had coffee here, but it was good.

Very delicious food and welcoming staff. Though I do wish they would warn you of the sizes of their sandwiches. And for a sandwich and smoothie to cost $20 is pretty steep.

The worst customer experience. Food is bland and refused to change a salad. Restaurant said they were missing tomatoes and cannot serve a proper salad!!

The staff are amazing here. We have 6 month old twins and were on our way to Niagara falls when we noticed that the hot water in their thermos leaked all over the trunk. We went into aroma willing to purchase hot water and the staff were more than accommodating to our needs and filled up the huge thermos. Big shout out to David and all the staff for being our life savers!!!

Great place to visit... even if you don't have to go to the mall... easy quick and out access... Food and Coffee are the best! Service is great and the Patio is a really nice touch... Highly recommend this place!

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’m fan of the Aroma Cafe’s But one of the server Ashley, destroys Aroma reputations. She doesn’t care about biz at all. Disrespectful employees destroy business

Fantastic! All natural organic food. Great coffee, salad, bread. Nice and clean and friendly atmosphere.

It looked very nice. We attempted to order sandwiches and were told they were out of bread.
